Cancellation Policy

  • Adoption Mosaic reserves the right to cancel any event. Should Adoption Mosaic cancel an event, registrants will receive a full refund. We also reserve the right to substitute event facilitator(s) and/or presenter(s). 

Refund Policy

  • Adoption Mosaic (AM) agrees to fully refund participants for cancellations received up to two weeks (14 days) prior to the event. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be refunded. See below for transfer/credit details. 

    Two weeks (14 days) prior = Full refund.

    If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered and notify AM 14 days prior to the date of the workshop, AM will refund the entire registration fee. You may also request a credit for future use. 

    13 days to 72 hours prior = Transfer funds to another workshop.

    7 days prior to  the date of the event you may transfer your registration to someone else or receive credit towards another AM event. This credit is good for 1 year from the date of thecanceled workshop, class, panel or group.

    NO REFUND or transfer will be issued if:

    It is 72 hours or less prior to the date of the event or if you are unable to attend an event and have not canceled in advance.
